Color GOLDEN it’s a hybrid between a primer and moisturiser. Primarily I would say it’s a moisturiser but it is probably one of the best moisturisers I’ve used for under my make-up, hence making it an amazing primer. It creates a perfect canvas underneath your foundation as it isn’t too thick, it isn’t tacky and gives a smooth and illuminated glow, think of Victoria and you just see her glowing skin in your head.
