Description
Vintage Seiko digital LCD wristwatch featuring the classic A904 caliber movement in a gold-tone rectangular case with matching multi-link bracelet. Dial face reads SEIKO, LIGHT, SELECT START/STOP, MODE, SET SPLIT/RESET, and ALARM-CHRONOGRAPH with JAPAN A904-5008 T marking. Case back is stamped BASE METAL ST. STEEL BACK A904-5009 A2, WATER RESISTANT, serial 542214. Matching Seiko SQ-marked folding clasp and bracelet endlinks stamped Z1254. Provenance: Authentic vintage 1980s Japanese quartz digital production from Seiko, sourced from an estate collection. Condition: Watch has a new battery and display is fully functional. However, only the top right button works, and the others do not respond, so time cannot be set. Watch is being sold for parts or repair. Shows visible surface wear throughout including scratches on the crystal and case, plating wear/brassing on edges, clasp, and band links, and minor residue around pushers.
