Lady Elgin cocktail watch, 10K gold filled, manual wind, late 1940s to 1950s. Lady Elgin was the premium line at the Elgin National Watch Company, and the ornate scroll lugs are where the money went. Classic oval case, dial marked with the full Lady Elgin name, which Elgin used until about 1960 before switching to the E logo.
