Crafted from world-renowned Japanese Shonan saddle hide, this belt is built like a tank and designed to last a lifetime.  It has a beautiful rich glazed chocolate/brown tone that will continue to develop an incredible patina with wear.  Leather: Authentic full-grain vegetable-tanned Shonan Saddle Leather from Himeji, Japan (pit-tanned traditionally for 3 months). Extremely dense, thick (~5mm), and durable.  Hardware: Custom heavy solid brass Garrison buckle. Sand-cast in an English foundry operating since 1837 using traditional methods, giving it an organic, rugged hammered texture.  Construction: Signature Style No. 1 teardrop buckle loop and teardrop adjustment holes, meticulously hand-sewn by artisans with heavy-duty contrast cream thread.  Authenticity: Features the crisp, authentic Barnes & Moore Leatherworks logo heat-stamped directly into the underside of the leather strap.
