Special Price: Sato Mallet 5-Pair Assortment (No Yarn)
62.70 $
Description
This is a set of 5 pairs (10 pieces) of Sato mallets, heads only, without yarn.
The breakdown is as follows: 2 Hard B heads, 4 Medium-Hard B heads, 2 Medium A heads, and 2 Medium C heads. The weights for each are listed below.
B Head Hard: 21.2g, 23.2g
B Head Medium-Hard: 21.8g, 20.7g, 21.6g, 23.7g
A Head Medium: 23.4g, 23.4g*
C Head Medium: 26.6g, 26.4g*
Some of these items are about 15 years old since purchase, so there are scratches on the shaft parts. Images of the two most noticeable scratches are included. Many of the mallet logos were stickers and have peeled off.
*I understand the A head to be the one with a flat tip and base, and the C head to be the one with an indentation, but the terminology might be reversed.
New retail price: ¥8,800/pair
