Description

I purchased a 2-horsepower outboard motor about 5 years ago that was originally equipped on a small 2-person FRP boat.
・Year of manufacture: 2009
・It ran fine when I took it out fishing in February 2026, and the engine started.
・Replaced the carburetor drain and engine head cover with stainless steel parts.
・Power-up plate has been installed.

The engine power decreases after running for a while, possibly due to heat soak.
It recovers after waiting for a bit. There might be an issue with the exhaust system.
Please consider this as a junk item.

Some bolts were seized, so I gave up on self-maintenance. If you can disassemble it, you might be able to maintain it.
